Our client, HP, has always encouraged its employees to participate in corporate social responsibility events by granting them paid leaves under the CSR program, but they were having difficulty manually keeping track of each employee. As a result, they devised a basic concept for a platform where employees could register for activities and preserve a proven track record of the same and access their reports whenever they want.
So, our professionals thoroughly comprehended the client's needs and proposed feasible solutions to the issues they were experiencing.
After a couple of brainstorming meetings with the client, we finalize the design of the CSR platform. With the help of our UI & UX designers, we developed a platform with a dashboard for the Mentorship program- where registered employees can teach underprivileged kids and the Volunteer dashboard - where employees can register and participate in various other CSR activities.
We shared the details of the designs with our developers and directed them to develop an app with all the features that are required for the smooth functioning of this platform.
Earlier it was considered a tough task to execute as it needed many features such as Video streaming, reminders, Screen sharing, and more to be included. But our developers, with the help of their vast knowledge and experience, made this possible and delivered the best-in-class final product.
Finally, we created a solid CSR application, overcoming all obstacles along the development journey. We integrated all of the necessary features to provide our client with a one-of-a-kind experience in digitally streamlining employees' CSR efforts.
The platform records all the details of the employees, like how much time they devoted to activities, in which activity they participated, their pictures and videos, their performance report based on these details, etc.
Our app not only aided in the streamlining and recording of activities, but it also saved time and increased the productivity of HP personnel.
As it was easy to register for activities through the app, and the performance reports can be derived anytime, more HP employees enrolled themselves in CSR activities which eventually benefited society.
